An incident of "outraging public decency" in Salisbury was reported to police and they are appealing for witnesses.

A white male in his early 20s was allegedly seen masturbating in "clear view of others around" between 6pm and 8pm on Wednesday, August 10, according to Salisbury Police.

The incident took place Churchill Gardens car park and the man was inside a small black hatchback vehicle.

Salisbury Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident and if anyone has any information they should call 101 quoting reference number 54220084403.
