Part of the A36 was closed in both directions after a collision. 

The road has now reopened but closures were in place this morning from the Crockerton Roundabout to the Longleat Roundabout in both directions. 

A collision between a car and a van was reported to Wiltshire Police at around 11am today (Saturday, August 6). 

A police spokesperson said: "The driver of the car had minor injuries but was treated at the scene and discharged.

"The road was closed for recovery and clean up but all open now.

"No arrests have been made and enquiries continue."
