A MOTORBIKE rider was killed on Saturday when his machine was in collision with a car on the B3081 at Woodley Down, near Tollard Royal.
The dead man was later named as 32-year-old Peter Happe, who lived in the Bournemouth area. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which happened at about 3.50pm.
He was one of two motorcyclists travelling south along the road, when the collision occurred.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash and anyone with information is asked to call the Wiltshire Southern Road Policing Unit on 0845 408 7000 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
