THE best and worst GP surgeries across Salisbury have now been revealed, as rated by you.
Participants of the GP Patient Survey 2022 were asked to rate everything to do with their GP practice, from their experience at reception to the appointment itself, from level of care to overall satisfaction.
The results of this year’s survey have now been published.
Locally, Tisbury Surgery came out on top, with 98 per cent rating the overall experience as good, and 99 per cent considering their medical needs met.
According to those who answered the survey, 85 per cent were satisfied with the appointment offered.
This was followed by The Orchard Partnership, which has surgeries in Salisbury, Wilton, Shrewsbury and Warminster, and Hindon Surgery, both with 95 per cent deeming it a good experience overall.
Coming last in this category however, with 59 per cent, was Barcroft Medical Centre in Amesbury.
Three Chequers Medical Practice, consisting of surgeries on Endless Street and Rollestone Street in Salisbury, Winterslow Surgery and Porton and Old Sarum Surgery, received a good overall experience rating of 75 per cent.
The number of surveys completed varies from surgery to surgery, and does not represent every patient who is registered at any one centre.
