A VAN crashed into a post on the A345 Castle Road this morning, June 17.
The incident happened at the junction connecting Castle Road and Butts Road.
Traffic was unable to join on to Castle Road from Butts Road as police were blocking access.
Police were on the scene directing traffic and a cordon was in place around the vehicle.
The grey Ford transit damaged the outside wall of 57 Castle Road and Openreach vans could also be seen.
Traffic flow was not majorly affected and neighbours were being questioned.
