KIANA LEE JAMES, aged 46, of Lambert Drive, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or disorderly behaviour, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, on September 9, 2021. James was discharged conditionally for six months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22.
ROXANNE LOUISE WAGER, aged 34, of Churchill Avenue, Bulford, was found guilty of drug driving in Salisbury. This was recorded when Wager was driving a Mazda along Exeter Street on December 31, 2019. Committed on the same day, Wager pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a constable in uniform, and driving without the appropriate licence and policy of insurance. Wager indicated a plea of guilty to possessing a quantity of methadone. She was fined £100 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £100. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.
AMY LOUISE GRAY, aged 23, of Cornwall Road, Salisbury, indicated a plea of guilty to assaulting four police officers by beating on March 12, 2022. She was ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £20 costs.
JAMIE LEE KNIGHT, aged 34, of Fairview Road, Wilton, admitted breaching their curfew order between April 16 and 26, 2022. Knight was not in his curfew address when required for a total of 24 hours and 37 minutes. He was fined £300.
RICHARD MICHAEL BELL, aged 63, of near Boscombe Road, Amesbury, indicated a plea of guilty to assaulting two paramedics on April 11, 2022. Bell was fined £300 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85. He must have treatment for alcohol dependency and was ordered to attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.
HAYLEY JEAN BROWNE, aged 38, of Landsdown Road, Trowbridge, indicated a plea of guilty to possessing amphetamine while in Salisbury on February 26, 2022. She was fined £80 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
MICHELLE HOWE-ELLIS, aged 46, of Kimber Close, Tidworth, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On May 4, 2022, Howe-Ellis was recorded driving a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross along Kimber Close with 123 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was fined £1,152 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85. She was banned from driving for 30 months.
PHILIP SMALL, alias RICHARD BOWERS, aged 36, of Paices Hill, Aldermaston, Reading, indicated a plea of guilty to possessing cannabis while in Salisbury on April 3, 2022. He was fined £116 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
KYRA BASS, aged 37, of Vimy Crescent, Bulford, pleaded guilty to being the parent of a 15-year-old who was failing to attend school. This was between September 10 and October 18, 2021. Bass was discharged conditionally for six months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22.
TRACY ELIZABETH PERRY, aged 51, of Netton Close, Bishopstone, pleaded guilty to harassment. Between October 18 and December 1, 2021, Perry made unwanted contact with another through emails, voicemails and texts. She sent unwanted items and covered the victim’s vehicle in underwear. Perry was discharged conditionally for 12 months. She was fined £85 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22. A restraining order is in force until May 26, 2023.
BENJAMIN TIMOTHY THOMAS, aged 34, of Meadow Way, Verwood, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit in Salisbury. On May 7, 2022, Thomas was recorded driving a Ford Focus along Exeter Street with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £80 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £45. He was banned from driving for 16 months.
DEAN MARK ERNEST KENT, aged 29, of Park Avenue, Chippenham, and MARIE JUSTINE PEGLER, aged 32, of Bourne View, Allington, pleaded guilty to theft. On November 10 and 17, 2021, the pair stole products from Boots in Salisbury, totalling £152. On November 11, 2021, Kent and Pegler stole £158 worth of products from Sainsbury’s in Chippenham. They were each fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. Kent was ordered to pay costs of £85, and Pegler compensation of £152.

KYLE ANTHONY JONES, aged 31, of Sherbourne Drive, Old Sarum, indicated a plea of guilty to contacting another person despite a molestation order in force. On March 1, 2022, Jones sent a video message via social media. He was fined £100 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. He was in custody overnight and detained in the courthouse.
