A Broad Chalke man has admitted three counts of making indecent images of children.

Gary Barclay, 38, pleaded guilty to the offences in Salisbury Magistrates Court on March 4.

Between October 2, 2019 and October 24, 2020, Barclay made Category A, B and C indecent photographs of children.

These consisted of 54 Category A, 40 Category B, and 56 Category C indecent images.

He will appear again at Salisbury Crown Court for sentencing on April 1.

Barclay is also required to register with the police, in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act.
