A prolific offender who has appeared in court dozens of times over the years has been fined for drug offences.
Mathew Ronald Jewell, of Southampton Road, Salisbury, has been dealt with by magistrates for more than 100 offences in the past 10 years, including drug driving, driving without due care and attention and driving without insurance.
More recently, the 41-year-old pleaded guilty to possessing crack cocaine and cannabis and has been fined once again.
The offence took place in Ibsley on November 13, 2020.
On October 8, 2021, Jewell failed to surrender to custody at Southampton Magistrates Court, having been released on bail.
Dealt with as a sitting of West Hampshire Magistrates Court, Jewell was fined £46 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
He must have treatment for drug dependency and was ordered to attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.
