A school and sixth form in Fordingbridge is closing tomorrow, after an amber weather warning was issued by the Met Office for the area.
Burgate School and Sixth Form, on Salisbury Road, has announced that they are closing the school tomorrow, to reopen after half term on Monday February 28.
The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for high winds tomorrow morning (Friday 18 February).

Forecasts are predicting wind gusts of between 60 and 80mph.
The school says these high winds are forecast for the times at which staff and students are travelling to school.
The school says that some of their bus services have already confirmed that they are not running, with other services yet to confirm.
Teachers will set work on Microsoft Teams for lessons tomorrow, and the school is asking anyone to email them with any concerns.
