These 15 businesses in Wiltshire were recently inspected and given food hygiene ratings.

The results were good across the board. 

The food hygiene rating scheme gives clear information about businesses’ hygiene standards at the time of inspection and covers the handling of food, how it is stored, how it's prepared, the cleanliness of facilities, and how food safety is managed.

Businesses are ranked from 0, which is the lowest, to five which means ‘Hygiene standards are very good’.

The Journal publishes this information in the public interest.

All ratings are publicly available on the Food Standards Agency’s website.
