AN EMERGENCY road closure is in place on the A338 near Kent Lane in Ibsley.
Hampshire County Council says this is due to a burst water main and damage to a gas main.
The road is closed in both directions.
The council says that South West Water and SGNgas are working on repairs.
A post on Twitter by the county council said that the road is "unlikely to reopen before the morning Saturday January 29" and diversion routes are being set up.
