ALCOHOL, shoes and tools were just some of the products stolen from Wiltshire stores last year.

As a result, those guilty have been slapped with fines and further costs.

The three thefts below were heard by and dealt with by Salisbury Magistrates in November and December, 2021.

All defendants are from the Amesbury and Durrington area.

REBECCA NICOLA COLE, aged 27, of Spiders Island, Alderbury, pleaded guilty to stealing make-up and shoes, to the value of around £50, from TK Maxx in Salisbury on June 30, 2021. 

Cole also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody at Salisbury Magistrates' Court, having been released on bail, on October 1, 2021.

She was fined £40 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

SASHA HARFIELD, aged 27, of Matthews Road, Amesbury, pleaded guilty to stealing tools and cosmetics from Wilkinsons in Swindon on April 4, 2020.

She had previously pleaded not guilty.

Harfield was fined £150 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £65.

This must be paid by January 20, 2022.

OWEN JAMES PEARCE, aged 23, of Phillip Road, Durrington, pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of vodka, to the value of £14.99, from Aldi in Amesbury on July 6, 2021.

On the same day he assaulted another man by beating. 

Pearce was fined £500 and was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.
