CASES heard by Salisbury Magistrates' Court:
MUSTAFA ALTIJANI, aged 32, of Clover Lea Square, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to a string of driving offences that took place in Ludgershall on July 5. Altijani was driving a Vauxhall Astra along the A342 Andover Road while exceeding the legal alcohol limit - with 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath recorded. He did not have the appropriate licence or policy of insurance. Altijani was fined £300 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85. He was ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for a further 25 months.
RYAN JAMES BRADLEY, aged 19, of Bishopdown Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta along Devizes Road on May 3 without due care and attention. He was fined £300 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. His driving record was endorsed with five points.
RICHARD FORRESTER PEACOCKE, aged 32, of The Quarry, Tisbury, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On September 15 the defendant was driving a Renault Clio along Hindon Lane in Tisbury with 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £500 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for one year.
SABRINA ANNE HOLVEY, aged 25, of Queensberry Road, Amesbury, indicated a plea of guilty to assaulting police officers in Amesbury on September 15. She was ordered to pay a total compensation of £200 and was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. She must attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.
CHAYA HOPKINS, alias Kellie Ford, aged 43, of Blandford Road, Coombe Bissett, indicated a plea of guilty to possessing a kitchen knife, without good reason or lawful authority, while at Fountain Way in Salisbury on February 8. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and must attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer. She was also ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work.
