A Salisbury woman has pleaded not guilty to participating in an illegal gathering in a tier 4 area.
A 21-year-old resident of Tollgate Road, Salisbury, appeared in Swindon Magistrates' Court on October 29.
The next court hearing will be in January.
She was charged with participating in gathering of two or more people in a private dwelling in a tier 4 area, consisting of two or more people, which was at her own address.
This was contrary to regulation 10(1)(a) and (2) and paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 3A to the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (All Tiers) (England) Regulations 2020.
The case has been adjourned, at the request of the prosecution, to consider the plea, to January 11.
