These 8 businesses in Wiltshire were recently inspected and received hygiene ratings last month.

Three businesses in Salisbury were among the establishments which were inspected at the end of November, 2021, by the Food Standards Agency, achieving great results.

The food hygiene rating scheme gives clear information about businesses’ hygiene standards at the time of inspection and covers the handling of food, how it is stored, how it's prepared, the cleanliness of facilities, and how food safety is managed.

The worst hygiene rating you can get is zero, ‘urgent improvement required’, and the best is five, ‘Hygiene standards are very good’.

The Journal publishes this information in the public interest.

All ratings are publicly available.
