A Salisbury man has been fined more than £2,000 for flouting lockdown rules earlier in the year.
On February 22, Kieran Lucas, 19, of Rhodes Moorhouse Way, Salisbury, took part in a gathering of two or more people in Andover, which at the time was in Tier 4.
He was stopped in a Ford Fiesta at River Way.
Appearing before Aldershot Magistrates' Court, Lucas was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a victim surchage of £176.
