A closure order has been issued for communal gardens and a car park in Salisbury.
Wiltshire Council applied for the order on October 12 following reports of anti-social behaviour at Southbank House in Elm Grove.
This will be in place for three months.
Councillor Phil Alford, Wiltshire Council Cabinet Member for Housing, said: “After residents expressed concern following reports of Anti-social behaviour in their area, we applied for a closure order. The order will help to ensure that the residents are not inconvenienced or disturbed as they had been.
“As this relates to an ongoing legal case we are unable to comment any further.”
A closure order, issued by the courts, prohibits access to a specific address for a specified period of time.
It can be applied for by the police or local authorities for premises linked to drug dealing or anti-social behaviour.
