One resident reported heavy police presence in a Salisbury village this weekend.
The Journal received reports of emergency activity in West Grimstead on Sunday evening (October 24), between 5pm and 7pm.
The resident reported eight police cars and a helicopter at one point.
The police have said that this was related to a missing person enquiry.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "This related to a missing person who was located safe and well."
