A man from Amesbury has pleaded guilty to four charges in regards to driving under the influence in Salisbury in May.
Thomas Sean Wickham, 25, of Devereaux Road in Amesbury pleaded guilty at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on September 24 to driving an Audi A3 under the influence of alcohol through Salisbury city centre.
The level of alcohol in his blood was 44 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath, which is over the limit of 35 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath.
He was also charged with driving without third party insurance and for being in possession of cannabis, a class b drug.
The fourth charge is for driving dangerously on Milford Street.
He has been disqualified from driving until his case is dealt with at Salisbury Crown Court, where he has been committed for sentencing on October 22.
