These were the first Covid-related deaths at the hospital since May 2.
Since May 21, Wiltshire has had no recorded deaths where Covid is listed on the death certificate as a cause of death, according to the Government's coronavirus dashboard.
There is a lag of at least 11 days in this reporting, as the data is based on death registrations.
The website also reports a decrease in hospitalisations in the last week.
Between July 5 and July 11, two people in Wiltshire went into a Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust hospital with coronavirus, compared with four people the previous week.
There were six patients in hospital with the virus on July 13, two of which needed a ventilator.
Wiltshire areas with fewest cases
Two areas in Salisbury - Stratford and East Harnham - have fewer than 10 cases in the last reported period.
The area figures are available on a map on the Government's dashboard which breaks down infections into Middle Super Output Areas (MSOAs), small areas with an average population of around 7,200.
For each MSOA, the map shows the number of cases in the latest weekly period, any change compared to the week before and the case rate per 100,000 people.
