NO INJURIES have been reported after a car hit another parked vehicle in Salisbury's city centre - ending up precariously balanced on two wheels against it.
The crash on Crane Bridge Road near Queen Elizabeth Gardens was reported to police just before midday today (April 30).
A statement from Wiltshire Police said: "We were called shortly before midday today (30/04) to a report of a road traffic collision on Crane Bridge Road where a vehicle, a Ford Fiesta, had hit a parked car close to the junction of Elizabeth Gardens.
"The ambulance service also attended but no injuries were reported and the vehicle was being recovered."
One member of the public who got in touch with the Journal told us what he believes happened.
He said: "The green Fiesta clipped the red Polo and due to the fact that the wheels on the Fiesta are near the front and the Polo has a pronounced slope the car rode up the bonnet.
"Lucky really if it had been a bigger car the impact on the driver would have been much worse.
"But only saw the result not the event."
