MANY of us are itching to get back to our favourite pubs and indulge in a pint with our friends and family.
Under Boris Johnson's roadmap out of lockdown, beer gardens and restaurants with outside areas can open their doors to thirsty customers on April 12.
From May 17 indoor hospitality is set to open, where the rule of six or two household rule will apply.
But, not every watering hole will be able to open its doors to punters when lockdown restrictions ease, because several across Wiltshire need new owners.
So, if you've ever dreamed of owning your own pub now could be your chance.
Here are just a few of the pubs on the market, according to Rightmove.
The Boathouse, Salisbury
Guide price: From £275,000
Located just half a mile from the city centre, this traditional pub overlooks the River Avon.
According to Whatpub.com, up until the mid-70s the building was a boatman's cottage where boats could be hired.
To the north of the detached property, customers can enjoy sitting in the beer garden by using the 62 covers.
Another 38 covers are available so people can sip on a cold one while sitting outside beside the river.
Inside the pub, a further 56 covers can be used to serve hungry people looking for great pub food.
Princess House, Shrewton
Guide price: £325,000
The George (Princess House) can be found in London Road and is divided into 11 rooms.
Its current use is a public house and a new owner has the potential to transform the beer garden into a social hub for customers.
There is already a bar, private accommodation and letting rooms, giving an owner the chance to revamp the building into a quaint pub.
The building also features a car park, terraced area and gardens, which could be used to extend.
Old Bell Hotel, Warminster
Guide price: £975,000
If you've got deep pockets, this Grade II listed pub in Warminster high street could be your perfect match.
The three-storey property boasts two recently refurbished and redecorated bar areas, with a beer garden that has 50 covers.
For people looking to stay in the town overnight, guests can choose from 15 en-suite rooms.
The Forester, Donhead St Andrew
Guide Price: £650,000
This village pub is tucked away in Lower Street and has been hailed in the Michelin Guide for serving "quality dishes at reasonable prices", according to Rightmove.
The 15th century thatched property is just four miles from Shaftesbury - a market town in Dorset - and can fit 25 vehicles in the rear car park.
There is the opportunity to expand the pub by converting some of the owner's accommodation into letting accommodation.
There is a "huge demand in the area" for this, Rightmove's website states.
The Three Tuns, Great Bedwyn
Guide price: £640,00
The pub is believed to date back as far as 1756 when it was converted from the village bakery and cottage into an inn.
The Three Tuns is the only pub nestled in the village, but draws customers from Hungerford - a historic market town - including drivers using the A4 and M4 to travel to the West Country.
In a bid to overcome challenges faced by coronavirus, a marquee has been erected which can be found at the rear restaurant area of the pub.
Is it thought the marquee adds an extra 40 covers.
The Three Crowns, Whaddon
Guide price: £425,000
This watering hole can be found in Southampton Road and is close to the New Forest, according to Zoopla.
Although the pub is currently closed, it boasts large gardens and parking for customers.
It is only 5.7 miles from the centre of Salisbury, according to Google Maps.
