A Salisbury man has been banned from driving after twice being caught over the drink drive limit.
Jake Quinn, 23, of Maryland Close, has been disqualified from driving for three years, ordered to pay a fine of £966, a victim surcharge of £86 and costs of £170.
On the night of October 17, Quinn was stopped on London Road, Amesbury, after officers saw him driving in the dark with no lights on.
On the evening of November 27, he was seen driving erratically in Salisbury by police, and eventually stopped on Maryland Close.
On both occasions Quinn provided samples of breath over the legal limit.
He was sentenced at Salisbury Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 4.
