A MOTORIST without insurance has been reported to court, after driving double the speed limit through the New Forest.
Last night the car was clocked by officers for driving 84mph along Roger Penny Way, a 40mph zone.
The road has been described by Hampshire Police as a "road with a high animal death rate".
The vehicle has now been seized by officers.
