A ROUND-UP of cases heard at Salisbury magistrates' court last week:

DAVID CLIFT, aged 42, of HMP Bullingdon, was sentenced to 14 days in prison after stealing cash from a charity box in Horne Road, Salisbury, on June 15.

JAMIE MAN-CLARKE, aged 27, of Roses Lane, Amesbury, was sentenced to 28 days in prison for sending electronic communications that were offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing on October 1.

DAVID WOLSTENCROFT, aged 64, of Wilton Road, Salisbury, was fined £440, with £115 costs, and received three points on his licence for failing to comply with a no left turn sign, and a no entry sign on Friary Lane on April 24.

KAMIL BOROWSKI, aged 27, of Tollgate Road, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay £170 costs for driving while over the alcohol limit, without a licence and without insurance in Tollgate Road in November 17.

PAIGE CARTER, aged 18, of Woodbury Yard, Salisbury, was fined £80 and ordered to pay £115 costs for assaulting a police officer in Salisbury on November 18.

BETHANY HUTCHINSON, aged 26, of Church Road, Idmiston, was sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 29 weeks and ordered to pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Porton Road, Amesbury, on November 16.

TONY SMITH, aged 31, of Holloway Close, Amesbury, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £115 costs for possession of cocaine in Amesbury on July 20.

RICHARD HUTCHINGS, aged 51, of Henry Lane, Old Sarum, received an 18-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £105 costs for causing a woman harassment, alarm or distress by using abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Salisbury on June 29 and 30.

ZARA MOLLOY, aged 29, of The Styles, Bishopstone, was ordered to pay £100 compensation after assaulting a woman in Salisbury on February 9.

TROY RUSSELL, aged 22, of Bishopdown Road, Salisbury, was ordered to pay £250 compensation with £45 costs after dishonestly receiving a stolen Yamaha motorbike on June 6 in Salisbury.
