SOME 15 schools competed in the primary schools' mini rugby festival on a sun-filled day at Bishop Wordsworth's playing fields.
The top five teams on Wednesday were Broad Chalke, Downton, Winterslow, Winterbourne and Harnham.
They will go on to represent Salisbury in the County School Games' finals in Devizes next month.
School Games organiser Karen Moore said: "This was a well-organised festival that was enjoyed by all the primary schools that attended.
"We were lucky with the weather and the Bishop's boys did exceptionally well."
Pupils at Bishop's organised the event.
