THE wonders of ancient Egypt were brought to life for children at Fordingbridge Junior School.
Year 3 pupils enjoyed an Egyptian Day on Monday and got to dress-up for the occasion.
They were visited by Tree House Theatre and spent the day learning about Ancient Egypt by travelling back in time with Ned Nipwinkle the explorer.
The collaborative play was split into four acts with each child taking an active role from Antony and Cleopatra to Nefer the scribe and his hunt for potions in the market.
The school said it was a brilliant day.
