WILTSHIRE'S best and worst doctor's surgeries have been named in a new patient satisfaction survey.
Hindon Surgery was rated top in the county with a 100 per cent happiness rating. Harcourt Medical Practice in Salisbury came in third with 98 per cent.
Mere Surgery, St Ann Street Surgery in Salisbury and Sixpenny Handley Surgery were also rated in the top ten best performing surgeries in the county with 96 per cent.
The GP Patient Survey (GPPS) is an England-wide survey that provides data on patients’ experiences of their GP practices on a range of topics.
The data is based on the January 2016 GPPS publication, which combined two waves of fieldwork; from January to March 2015 and July to September 2015.
In Wiltshire, 13,622 questionnaires were distributed and 6,986 were returned.
Millstream Medical Centre in Salisbury was the sixth worst performing GP surgery in Wiltshire with an overall rating of 81 per cent.
Tinkers Lane Surgery in Royal Wootton Bassett came bottom of the table with a rating of just 61 per cent.
