I'M sucking in a giant breath as I write this...
This past year has a life changing one for me and I have reached a crossroads.
The Teen needs me more than ever, I have received a flurry of interest in my half-finished book and the demands on my time are becoming more and more acute.
My mum always taught me to follow my heart.
And to do this sometimes you have to take a gigantic leap of faith.
And so, dear reader, November 26 will be my final day at the Salisbury Journal.
It has been an agonising decision to make, you see I love my job and the people I work with.
But the time has come to take some time out to regroup and I do want my face with my best seller to be on the sides of those double decker buses after all.
Eat your heart out Helen Fielding.
I just hope that if my decision has been an EPIC fail, then, well...
