A GOLF day is to be held to raise money for Salisbury Guide Dogs.
It will be the second year the event has been run and it will be open to teams of four golfers of any standard, with all the money raised going to the charity’s Name a Puppy appeal, which will see it name its third puppy and support it through its training to become a guide dog.
Organisers are hoping that local businesses will get involved by sponsoring the winners’ trophies.
To enter the event, on Friday, June 7, is £180 per team, to include refreshments and an 18-hole tournament.
And this year the evening presentation and buffet will be open to guests at an additional cost of £15 per person.
