KEEN walkers are already signing up for this year’s Wessex Walks in aid of Save the Children.
Taking place on Sunday, April 28, the six walks offer a choice for all ages and abilities.
For those seeking a 15-mile walk there is also free transport to Whitesheet Hill so that walkers can return to Salisbury along the ridge with its panoramic views.
Participants receive a certificate and badge on completion of their walk, and refreshments are available at a reception in the garden of the Rifles Museum at The Wardrobe in the Close.
Last year hundreds of people took part in the event, which has raised nearly £3million in support of the work of Save the Children.
