HOSPITAL staff have been giving feedback to their employer.
A sample of 800 staff were asked their views on working for the trust in the national staff survey, which focussed on roles and responsibilities, training and development, management support, staff satisfaction and their health and wellbeing.
When compared to other hospitals the trust achieved an above average score in 17 indicators and below average in eight.
Director of human resources Alison Kingscott said: “It is great to get independent recognition of how well motivated and engaged our staff are.
“We acknowledge there are areas requiring improvements and we will be looking at the results in more detail over the next few weeks and developing an action plan to address those.”
