DOG owners from Salisbury are invited to get their pets micro-chipped for free.
Salisbury Council is asking people to come along to the Cheese Market in front of the library on March 26 to book a slot to have their dogs microchipped at the upcoming Dog’s Do event to be held at Fisherton Recreation Ground on April 27.
Staff from both the city council and Salisbury’s Dogs Trust will also be on hand to give full details of the event, which will include lots of information on being a responsible dog owner, as well as fun and games for all the family.
The council is currently running a Bag it and Bin it - any Bin will do campaign urging all dog owners to clean up after their dogs.
