RUGBY fans took to the pitch in Salisbury on Wednesday for a festival of fun and fitness.
Primary schools from in and around the city sent teams to Bishop Wordsworth’s School to battle it out for a place in the county finals.
Downton A team took first spot, followed by St Mark’s B, Harnham, Broad Chalke A and Broadchalke B, with the first four teams going on to the county final.
The plate winners were St Mark’s B.
The festival was organised and run by Jo Hole, sports coordinator at Bishop Wordsworth’s School, and the boys following the community sports leaders course at Bishops.
