COUNCILLORS in Amesbury have objected to an increase in licensing hours at the Co-op store at Solstice Park.
The store, which is next to the petrol station, wants permission to sell alcohol between 5am and midnight.
Its existing licence is between 7am and 11pm.
Councillors objected saying they felt the extension was “unnecessary”.
