THOMAS Adrian Sadly passed away on Monday 19th August, aged 78 years. Dearly loved dad to Nicola, Gareth and Andrew. Greatly loved Grandad to Elise, Gilbert and Diggory. Funeral service at Salisbury Crematorium Chapel on Monday 7th October at 12pm. Family flowers only.
