GODWIN Louis (Lou) Alexander It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Louis on the 8th May, 2024 aged 98. Lou was the cherished father of Stephen and the late Alan Godwin and beloved widower of Jeanne. He was a loving grandad to Stephen, Clare, Matthew, Philip and Teresa and a proud great grandad to ten great-grandchildren. A funeral service and Requiem Mass will be held at St Gregory's Catholic Church in Salisbury on Friday 7th June at 10.00am. The service will be followed by a reception in the church hall. All who knew Lou are very welcome to attend. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers, may be made to Salisbury Hospice, c/o I N Newman Ltd, 55 Winchester Street, Salisbury, SP1 1HL.
