COX Astley Passed away peacefully at Laverstock Care Home on 10th October 2023 after a long battle with Parkinson's. Devoted husband of Jane, loving father to Amanda and Tania and grandfather to Laura and Hannah. Gone away but always in our hearts. Thanks to Laverstock Care Home. Funeral service to take place on Monday 30th October 2023 at 12noon at St Mark's Church, London Road, Salisbury, followed by private Burial. So sorry to hear that. I worked for Astley during the 70s and early 80s as the Saturday cleaner at his butchers in Amesbury. He was a lovely man. I knew his Mum as well. Steve Jeffery. Very sad.
