SMITH Patricia Passed away peacefully at home age 89 years on 25th April 2023. Loving wife of the late Derrick James Smith. Mother to Caroline and Andrew, Mother-in-Law to Angie, Sister in law to Shirley. Granny to Nicola, Sarah, Bradley, and Shauna. Great granny to Jack and Violet. Sadly missed by all the family.
