ALLPRESS Valerie Kathleen Passed away peacefully at Salisbury District Hospital on Friday 17th February 2023, after a short illness, aged 87 years. Dearly beloved mother of Stephen & Jane and much loved grandma to Jemima, Tabitha, Eloise & Alice. Determined, resilient and perspicacious until the end. Mathematics teacher at Bishop Wordsworth's School from 1980 until 1999. Enquiries c/o I.N. Newman Ltd Griffin House, 55 Winchester Street, Salisbury. Donations in lieu of flowers to the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK. There will be a celebration of Valerie's life at St Mary's Church, Fordingbridge after the service.
