OFFER Colin James Colin Offer, originally from Salisbury, died peacefully on 7th Jan at home in Derbyshire with his wife Julie at his side. At rest now "Sid" with Mum and Dad, Christine and Coralie. Very sadly missed by Rodney, Noel, Clare, Simon and Ellie May.
