CHAPMAN Kathleen Passed away peacefully after a brave fight on the 15th December 2022 aged 78 years. Much loved Mum to Sarah-Jane and Angie dearly loved Nan to Adam, Rebecca and James. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 6th January 2022 at Salisbury Crematorium at 2.00pm.
