COX Richard Hubert Francis Defence Correspondent, Author, Publisher, Pilot, Paratroop Reservist, Director of CARE UK and Africa-phile. Died peacefully at home on 6 April, aged 91, after an extraordinary life led with indomitable spirit. Much loved father of Lorna, Ralph and Jeremy. Private family cremation.
