Col. TARVER Charles MBE late of Winterbourne Earls, died peacefully at The Cedars Care Home, Bourne, Lincolnshire on 11th March 2022, aged 88, with family at his side. Big brother to Mark and Hugh (deceased). Devoted father to Charles, Judy and Sarah Jane. Grandpa to eight, great grandpa to three. A consummate fisherman and keen golfer.
