A NEW showhome has opened at Bellway’s Harnham Park development in Salisbury.

The four-bedroom detached Goldsmith house type is available to view by appointment, giving buyers the first opportunity to see inside a completed property at the site.

Bellway is delivering 82 homes off Netherhampton Road, including 49 properties for private sale and 33 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.

Salisbury Journal:

The development is transforming a former disused storage yard into a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties with an area of public open space.

A total of 22 homes have already been sold, with the first residents due to move in later this summer.

Sales director for Bellway Wessex, Kim Caldwell, said: “The demand from buyers wanting to be a part of the new neighbourhood we are creating at Harnham Park has been extremely high, and this is reflected by the fact that half of the private homes at the development have already been reserved.

Salisbury Journal:

“The opening of the fully furnished and professionally designed Goldsmith showhome means visitors to Harnham Park can now visualise what living at the development could be like. With an open-plan kitchen, dining and family room, the Goldsmith exemplifies the spacious layouts and designs of our larger properties which are proving particularly popular with families.”

Salisbury Journal:

“With construction work progressing well on site, we’re looking forward to welcoming the first buyers into their homes at Harnham Park later this summer. In the meantime, anyone interested in viewing the showhome can book an appointment by contacting our sales team at the development,"added Kim.

Prices currently start from £257,995 for a two-bedroom mid terrace home, or £439,995 for a four-bedroom detached home.
