SALISBURY District Hospital has around 500 vacancies, it has been revealed.
As a result, the Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust has this week launched a new recruitment campaign.
It is understood that the hospital has around 500 vacancies, and staff are especially needed in housekeeping, admin and Healthcare assistant.
It has even raised its minimum wage to £10.90 to help attract people - making them a real living wage employer.
The new campaign #JoinOurPeople "shines a spotlight on their people and features real life employees to represent the different roles they have available and why people should come and work for Team Salisbury".
Starting this week adverts will appear locally in various places including back of buses, local GP surgeries, supermarkets, social media and a 45,000 leaflet drop.
The hospital is asking anyone who enjoys being part of a team, being busy and taking pride in their work to come forward and visit worklife.salisbury.nhs.uk to view all their latest recruitment opportunities.
Chief People Officer Melanie Whitfield said: “Building a workplace for the future and recruiting the right people into the right roles is one of our top priorities. Our workforce is at the very centre of everything we do and our success is a testament to our amazing people.”
