The NAJ Awards champions extraordinary talent within the UK jewellery industry and highlight the business owners, teams, and professionals who go above and beyond for the trade and their customers.
Family jewellers Allum & Sidaway impressed the judges with its comprehensive submission, detailing the business's in-store and online operations.
Its Salisbury store was also mystery shopped, scoring an impressive 95 per cent, which helped secure the award.
The NAJ judges were looking for "the most outstanding jewellery retailer that demonstrably meets the standards of professionalism, integrity and honesty and whose bricks-and-mortar/web presence clearly communicates the brand message".

"I want to thank our store teams as each and every person has contributed to this award."
Allum & Sidaway has six stores across four counties, each with their 'own individual flare'.
As well as its jewellers, the company also has a bridal boutique in Salisbury, offering wedding dresses from top designers.
