A NEW hub of activity catering for families and friends and all-crafty-minded people has opened its doors to the public.
The Crafty Cup is located on North Street in Wilton and has been set up by Zoe Roe, 35, and Heather Halford, 55.
It opened on Monday, December 4.
Both women had craft businesses but connected through purchasing from each other.
They eventually went along to Business Women in Wiltshire and realised that they had the same dream to set up a craft space.

Zoe said: "It was a huge decision and has been a real learning curve. It is going so well and we have had an amazing response from residents in the Wilton community. "
The Crafty Cup runs workshops and crafts and there are 'busy baskets' available for toddlers and free colouring and there is no need to book. There will also be crafting packs for parents to purchase and enjoy if they wish to do so.
Zoe was keen to emphasise that people can just come along and just have a cup of coffee and cake even if they do not want to do crafts. There is also a studio space available for those who wish to run craft workshops.

Zoe said: "We are talking to other businesses about the studio space which has a capacity for eight to 10 people if they wish to hire it but we have lots of ideas of our own such as playdough parties and can create craft ideas from the needs of parents or children."
For those who wish to book some Time Together for family and friends, a special crafting package is available which includes a seasonal drink and treat.
The cafe offers coffee and cake currently but from the New Year, it will provide light lunches and soup as well as snack items for children.
The ethos of the business is for people to feel at home, to have a space to daydream, to create and for it to be a 'feel good' destination where a warm and friendly welcome is always guaranteed.
