Restaurant owner Urai Meesrit said: “The problem was about the temperature of the food but next time, it will be better.”

Other aspects of the inspection passed including the cleanliness and condition of the facilities.

This was satisfactory as was the management of food safety which ensures there is a system or checks in place to ensure food sold or served is safe to eat.

The restaurant plans to contact the Food Standards Agency (FSA) to arrange a follow-up inspection.
