Wessex Fleet celebrated its move to Milford House in Salisbury with an official launch party on Friday, October 21.
With many guests and employees attending, Salisbury MP John Glen gave a speech and cut the ceremonial ribbon while Mayor Cllr Tom Corbin welcomed the business to its new premises.
The business, which leases cars to companies, came from humble beginnings.
In 2004, three friends - Tim McNally, Simon Naylor, and Spencer Blake with almost 20 years of combined experience within the leasing and rental sector decided to take the plunge and start their own company.
Co-owner of Wessex Fleet, Simon Naylor said: “The three of us have been great friends and we have total trust and commitment. We started from a foundation of real strength. It is like a family that functions really well. The staff have to enjoy it and our retention is really strong."
Wessex Fleet now employs 46 people.
Simon added: "We want customers to be enthused about speaking to us. We have built in a very sociable, very effective and efficient service and we really do care about the customer journey.”
The company says there has been a real shift towards electric vehicles.
The office move has been greeted with real enthusiasm by directors and employees and with the commitment to growth, it appears to be a hub for business growth.
Salisbury MP John Glen said: “I was delighted to join staff and clients for the official opening of Wessex Fleet’s new offices in Salisbury.
"I am grateful to Simon Naylor and the whole team for their warm welcome and I wish them all continued success.”
